IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED
Every Carrowen order is inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact Carrowen Customer Care within 48 hours and provide your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the outer and internal packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
For eligible merchant-responsible issues, including shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or fulfillment errors caused by Carrowen, Carrowen covers applicable return-related costs.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement parts, a product replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
The 48-hour inspection period helps Carrowen process freight claims and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and does not affect your right to request an eligible return within the standard 30-day return window.

Beautiful dresser. The finish is warmer in our room than it looked online but I actually prefer it that way. Lots of drawer space and the hardware looks great with the burl. Taking one star off mostly because this thing is incredibly heavy and getting it upstairs was not fun. Once it was in place though... worth it.
Just got this delivered and finally got it into the bedroom. It is HEAVY, definitely took two people to move it. The burl wood looks even better in person and has a lot more variation than I expected from the photos. Drawers feel solid and there’s honestly a ton of storage. Still getting the room back together after unpacking everything but really happy with it so far.
Arrived this week and thankfully no damage. The dresser is huge, which is exactly what we needed for this wall. Really like the wood grain, every drawer has slightly different figuring so it doesn’t look manufactured or too perfect. Took a while to get all the packaging cleaned up lol. Very substantial piece.
