At Carrowen, we take pride in crafting furniture and lighting that meet high standards of quality and durability. This Limited Warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship for residential (non-commercial) use beginning on the delivery date shown in the carrier’s tracking records.
Because many Carrowen products incorporate natural materials, variations in wood grain, knots, hairline cracks, stone veining, texture, and color tone are normal characteristics and not considered defects.
1. WHAT THIS LIMITED WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER
This Limited Warranty does not apply to:

Stains, spills, dirt accumulation, or discoloration

Scratches, dents, abrasions, or marks from everyday use

Improper installation, maintenance, cleaning, or storage

Damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, or neglect

Any product used in a commercial or non-residential environment

Products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by an unauthorized party

Environmental conditions including humidity, dryness, sunlight exposure, or temperature changes

Damage caused during customer handling, moving, or third-party installation

Items without proof of purchase

Products shipped to locations outside the Contiguous United States (48 adjoining states)

4. SHIPPING COSTS DURING WARRANTY SERVICE
For approved warranty claims:
Carrowen covers:

Shipping of replacement parts

Shipping of a replacement item (if required)

Shipping of repair-related components
Customers are not required to ship back oversized or large furniture unless specifically requested.
If a return shipment is required, Carrowen will cover the return freight costs.
5. WARRANTY REMEDIES
If a defect is confirmed, Carrowen will, at its discretion:

Repair the item, or
-
Replace it with the same or comparable item of equal value
Cash refunds are not issued under this Limited Warranty.
Replacement items inherit the remainder of the original warranty period.
Proof of purchase is required.
6. WARRANTY LIMITATIONS
This Limited Warranty:

Is non-transferable

Is the exclusive remedy provided by Carrowen

Does not cover incidental or consequential damages

Applies only within the Contiguous United States
(Some states do not allow the exclusion of incidental damages; these limitations may not apply depending on state law.)
