RESTORATION BEYOND BORDERS

*Supporting Ecological Restoration in China

Carrowen also supports the Million Forest Program, a long-term ecological restoration initiative of the China Green Foundation.
In regions including Alxa in Inner Mongolia and Minqin in Gansu, drought-resistant trees and shrubs are planted to help stabilize desert margins, reduce wind erosion, and restore fragile ecosystems.
These projects go beyond planting trees. They contribute to long-term efforts to combat desertification and restore landscapes in some of China's most environmentally vulnerable regions.

Through proper care, replacement components where available, and initiatives such as Carrowen Rehome, we aim to extend the useful life of furniture before replacement or disposal becomes necessary.
Small decisions can keep more furniture in homes and less out of landfills.

Large furniture and lighting require careful packaging to arrive safely. Our goal is to provide the protection each piece needs while reducing unnecessary materials where practical.
We continue to work with our manufacturing partners to improve packaging efficiency, reduce avoidable layers, and explore recyclable or paper-based alternatives where they can provide appropriate protection.
