  • Rotate seat cushions and pillows regularly to promote even wear.

  • Keep upholstered pieces away from direct sunlight, heat sources, and excess humidity to prevent fading or distortion.

  • Vacuum periodically using a soft-bristle upholstery attachment.

  • Light pilling is normal and may be removed with a gentle fabric shaver.

Spot Cleaning

Follow the cleaning code located on your product’s label:

Cleaning Codes

  • W: Use water-based cleaners or mild upholstery shampoo.

  • S: Use solvent-based, water-free cleaners.

General Guidelines

  • Always test cleaning agents on an inconspicuous area.

  • Do not oversaturate the fabric.

  • For overall cleaning, professional upholstery care is recommended.

LEATHER FURNITURE

Routine Care

  • Dust regularly with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Keep leather away from direct sunlight and heat to prevent drying or fading.

  • Wipe with a cloth lightly dampened with distilled water to maintain suppleness.

Cleaning

  • Use wax-free leather cleaner and conditioner.

  • Blot oil-based spills gently—do not rub.

  • Avoid solvents, abrasives, ammonia, or silicone-based cleaners.

Important Notes

  • Do not use leather cleaners on suede, nubuck, or napped leathers.

  • Variations, natural markings, and patina development are inherent to genuine leather and not considered defects.

WOOD FURNITURE

Routine Care

  • Clean using a soft cloth dampened with mild soap and water, then dry immediately.

  • Dust regularly to prevent buildup.

  • Use coasters, placemats, and felt pads to protect surfaces from heat, moisture, and scratches.

Avoid

  • Abrasive cleaners, bleach, ammonia, or silicone-based polishes.

  • Dragging furniture; always lift when moving.

  • Extreme humidity or dryness, which may cause natural expansion or contraction.

  • Prolonged sunlight exposure that may affect finishes.

Wood may feature grain variations, knots, micro-cracks, and tonal changes over time—these are natural traits, not defects.

  • Dust with a soft, dry cloth.

  • Clean using mild soap and water; dry immediately.

Avoid

  • Abrasive pads, harsh chemicals, and prolonged moisture exposure.
