At Carrowen, we believe that premium furniture and artisanal lighting deserve a delivery experience to match. Our White-Glove Delivery Service provides a professional, end-to-end solution—ensuring your items are safely transported, assembled, and perfectly placed within your home.

What’s Included

Our specialized delivery team provides a comprehensive service:

  • Room-of-Choice Delivery: Careful transport of items into your designated room (up to two flights of stairs included).

  • Professional Unboxing: Careful removal of all protective crating and packaging.

  • Expert Assembly: Full assembly of furniture (e.g., dining tables, bed frames, sofas).

  • Debris Removal: Complete removal and eco-friendly disposal of all packaging materials.

Note: White-Glove service does not include the installation of wall-mounted items, hardwired lighting, mirrors, or artwork. Hardwired lighting installation can be arranged via a certified technician for an additional fee—please contact us for a referral.


Shipping Timeline & Logistics

To provide direct-from-artisan pricing and quality, Carrowen items are dispatched from our specialized manufacturing hub. Your White-Glove appointment is coordinated once the item arrives at our U.S. Logistics Center.

  • Order Processing: 15–25 business days.

  • Ocean Freight & Customs: 30–45 business days.

  • Local Scheduling: Within 5 business days of reaching our U.S. partner.

  • Total Estimated Lead Time: 10–14 weeks.

You will receive a tracking update and a personal call from our carrier to schedule a specific delivery window once your item is cleared for local dispatch.


Requirements & Responsibilities

To ensure a successful delivery, please review the following requirements. Failure to meet these conditions may result in additional re-delivery or storage fees.

  1. Measurement Verification: Customers are responsible for ensuring items fit through all doorways, elevators, and hallways. Please consult our [Measurement Guide] before ordering.

  2. Clear Path & Space: The destination room and all access paths must be cleared of existing furniture and obstacles prior to arrival. Delivery personnel are not authorized to move a customer's existing property.

  3. Building Policies: If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI) or has specific loading dock hours, please notify support@carrowen.com immediately after purchase.

  4. Adult Presence: An adult (18+) must be present to inspect the item and sign the Delivery Receipt.


White-Glove Service Fees

White-Glove fees are calculated based on the number of items and your delivery location. We provide transparent, flat-rate pricing for major metropolitan areas to ensure a seamless checkout experience.

How it works:

  • Simple Flat Rate: In Major Metro Areas, if you purchase two oversized items, your total White-Glove fee will be $500 ($300 for the first + $200 for the second).

  • Custom Quotes: For remote locations or extremely heavy items (over 2.2 meters), please contact us for a tailored logistics plan.

  • Guaranteed Pricing: The final delivery fee will be clearly calculated and displayed at checkout. Carrowen guarantees no hidden surcharges after your order is confirmed.
