Every Carrowen order is inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact Carrowen Customer Care within 48 hours and provide your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the outer and internal packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
For eligible merchant-responsible issues, including shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or fulfillment errors caused by Carrowen, Carrowen covers applicable return-related costs.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement parts, a product replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
The 48-hour inspection period helps Carrowen process freight claims and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and does not affect your right to request an eligible return within the standard 30-day return window.

The table looks even better in our dining room than I expected. We needed something large enough for family dinners without feeling too bulky, and the proportions work really well in the space. The oak grain is beautiful and the rounded edges are a nice detail. It is extremely heavy, so getting it into position took some effort, but once it was set up it felt incredibly sturdy. We’ve already had everyone over for dinner and had plenty of room. Very happy with it overall.
We’ve had the table for a little over two weeks now and I’m really happy with it. It’s a substantial piece and feels very solid once in place. I especially like the shape of the legs and the reeded detail—it gives the table some character without making the room feel too formal. The wood finish looks warm and natural in person. We use this space for meals and working from home, and there’s plenty of room for both. Very pleased with the purchase.
