IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED
Every Carrowen order is inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact Carrowen Customer Care within 48 hours and provide your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the outer and internal packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
For eligible merchant-responsible issues, including shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or fulfillment errors caused by Carrowen, Carrowen covers applicable return-related costs.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement parts, a product replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
The 48-hour inspection period helps Carrowen process freight claims and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and does not affect your right to request an eligible return within the standard 30-day return window.

We’ve had this cabinet for about a week and I’m really pleased with it. The wood tone is warm without looking too yellow, and the detailing on the doors is gorgeous in natural light. There’s plenty of storage inside, and the doors close smoothly and quietly.
The cabinet arrived well packed and looks even better in our bedroom than I expected. The oak has a beautiful natural texture, and the reeded doors give it a really substantial, well-made feel. It’s a large piece, but the rounded profile keeps it from feeling bulky. Very happy with it so far.
Just got everything set up and I really like it. The wood looks beautiful in person and it feels very solid. Fits the space perfectly.
