How long will delivery take?

Stock status and lead times depend on the individual product. Certain items are available for immediate processing, while handcrafted, customized, or internationally fulfilled products require additional preparation and production time.

• In-stock products: approximately 7–15 business days
• Made-to-order or internationally fulfilled products: approximately 45–70 business days

Is standard delivery included with my order?

Yes. Complimentary standard delivery is available throughout most of the contiguous United States.

Additional shipping charges may apply to remote or limited-access areas.

White Glove Delivery may also be available to purchase at checkout.

Can I return an item if it isn’t right for my space?

Qualifying products may be returned or exchanged within 30 days after delivery, provided they meet the requirements stated in our Return Policy.

Please contact our customer support team before returning any item. We will review the order, confirm whether the product is eligible, and provide the correct return address and instructions.

Different conditions may apply to custom-made, used, installed, altered, or final-sale products. Please refer to the complete Return Policy before placing your order or requesting a return.

 What should I do if my order is damaged when delivered? 

Please examine the product and packaging promptly after delivery. If you discover transit damage, a manufacturing defect, missing components, or another issue, contact us within 48 hours.

Include your order number, clear photographs, and a short explanation of the problem. After reviewing the information, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, a product replacement, or a refund.

Submitting the report within 48 hours also allows us to properly document the issue and file a claim with the shipping provider.

Does the product require assembly?

Furniture

Most Carrowen furniture arrives largely assembled. In some cases, small components such as handles, legs, or similar parts may be packed separately to help prevent scratching or damage during transit. These pieces typically require only simple installation.

Lighting

Lighting fixtures require professional installation. Please arrange installation by a qualified, licensed electrician to ensure the fixture is assembled and installed safely and correctly.
