How long will delivery take?
Stock status and lead times depend on the individual product. Certain items are available for immediate processing, while handcrafted, customized, or internationally fulfilled products require additional preparation and production time.

Is standard delivery included with my order?
Yes. Complimentary standard delivery is available throughout most of the contiguous United States.

Can I return an item if it isn’t right for my space?

What should I do if my order is damaged when delivered?
Please examine the product and packaging promptly after delivery. If you discover transit damage, a manufacturing defect, missing components, or another issue, contact us within 48 hours.
Include your order number, clear photographs, and a short explanation of the problem. After reviewing the information, our team will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include replacement parts, repair assistance, a product replacement, or a refund.
Submitting the report within 48 hours also allows us to properly document the issue and file a claim with the shipping provider.

Does the product require assembly?

Lighting
Lighting fixtures require professional installation. Please arrange installation by a qualified, licensed electrician to ensure the fixture is assembled and installed safely and correctly.
