IF SOMETHING ARRIVES DAMAGED
Every Carrowen order is inspected and packaged with care before shipment.
Please inspect your order within 48 hours of delivery.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or with missing components, contact Carrowen Customer Care within 48 hours and provide your order number, photos of the issue, photos of the outer and internal packaging, and a brief description of the problem.
For eligible merchant-responsible issues, including shipping damage, manufacturing defects, incorrect items, missing parts, or fulfillment errors caused by Carrowen, Carrowen covers applicable return-related costs.
Depending on the circumstances, the resolution may include replacement parts, a product replacement, a partial refund, or a full refund.
The 48-hour inspection period helps Carrowen process freight claims and resolve delivery-related issues promptly and does not affect your right to request an eligible return within the standard 30-day return window.

Does the product require assembly?
Furniture
Most Carrowen furniture arrives largely assembled. In some cases, small components such as handles, legs, or similar parts may be packed separately to help prevent scratching or damage during transit. These pieces typically require only simple installation.
Lighting
Lighting fixtures require professional installation. Please arrange installation by a qualified, licensed electrician to ensure the fixture is assembled and installed safely and correctly.
