1. What products can be customized?

Carrowen currently offers customization for the following product categories:

Furniture — sofas, tables, case goods, and select seating
Lighting — chandeliers, pendants, wall lighting, and tailored lighting solutions

To maintain consistent craftsmanship and quality standards, decorative accessories are not available for customization at this time.

2. What aspects of a product can be customized?

Depending on the product type and design feasibility, customization options may include:

Dimensions
Materials
Finishes and colors
Select structural or functional details

All requests are reviewed by our design and engineering teams to ensure quality, safety, and performance.

3. Is there a minimum order quantity for custom products?

There is no minimum order quantity for customization.

Even a single piece can be custom made.

Our team will confirm specific details and pricing during the initial consultation.

4. How long does a custom order take?

Lead times vary depending on the product type and scope of customization.

In most cases, custom orders can be delivered within approximately 90 days after all design details are finalized and approved.

Once final approval is received, we will provide a clear production and delivery timeline.

5. Can I customize an existing Carrowen design?

Yes.

Many custom projects begin with an existing Carrowen design that is adapted in dimensions, materials, or finishes to better suit a specific space or project requirement.

6. Do you offer fully bespoke, from-scratch designs?

Carrowen focuses on guided customization, rather than fully bespoke designs created entirely from scratch.

This approach allows us to maintain consistent quality, structural integrity, and reliable production and delivery timelines.

7. How do I start a custom project?

Simply contact our team with details about your space, intended use, and any design preferences.

For single-product customization, we recommend providing:

Three-view renderings (front, side, back)
Dimension drawings
3D files (C4D preferred, if available — we can also create them if needed)

Our team will guide you through the entire process and help determine the most suitable customization solution.

8. Will I receive drawings or specifications before production?

Yes.

For applicable custom projects, all design details—including dimensions, materials, and finishes—will be reviewed and approved before production begins.

9. Are custom orders refundable or returnable?

Custom-made products are produced specifically for each project.

Once production has begun, custom orders are considered final sale and are non-refundable.

We strongly encourage careful review and confirmation of all details prior to approval.

10. How do you ensure quality and safe delivery?

Each custom piece undergoes multiple quality inspections during production and before shipment.

Packaging is carefully evaluated and optimized. Once packaging is completed, we will share photos and videos for confirmation.

Up to three rounds of packaging modifications are included at no additional cost. Additional revisions may incur labor charges.

This process helps ensure safe handling and secure transportation.

11. Who is the custom program best suited for?

12. I’m a designer. Are trade discounts available for custom orders?

Yes.

Designers may be eligible for trade pricing on both standard and custom products. Pricing is evaluated based on project requirements, quantities, and customization details.
