At Carrowen, we understand that large furniture and delicate lighting require careful handling. Our White-Glove Delivery Service offers a premium, end-to-end experience—bringing your items safely into your home, assembling where applicable, and placing them exactly where you want them.

This optional upgrade is ideal for oversized furniture, fragile décor, and items unsuitable for standard curbside delivery.

What’s Included with Carrowen White-Glove Delivery

Our trained delivery team will:

• Bring your item(s) inside your home

• Place them in the room of your choice

• Unbox all components

• Perform basic assembly where applicable

• Remove and dispose of all packaging materials

Important Notes

• White-glove service does not include installation of wall-mounted items, hardwired lighting, mirrors, or artwork.

• Lighting installation is available for an additional fee through a certified technician—please contact us in advance if you wish to add this service.

Preparing for Your Delivery

To ensure a smooth and successful white-glove experience:

Verify Access Paths & Measurements

Customers are responsible for confirming that the item can fit through all doorways, staircases, elevators, hallways, and the final placement area.

To ensure correct clearance, please review the Carrowen Measurement Guide before scheduling your delivery.

Prepare the Destination Room

• The space must be cleared prior to the delivery team’s arrival.

• Delivery personnel cannot move or remove existing furniture.

Building Requirements

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please notify us after placing your order so we may arrange this in advance.

Scheduling Your Delivery

Because Carrowen ships from our manufacturing facility in China, your white-glove appointment is scheduled after the item arrives in the United States and is transferred to the local delivery provider.

Estimated Timeline

• Processing Time: 15–25 business days

• Transit to the U.S.: 30–45 business days

• White-Glove Scheduling: within 5 business days after your item reaches the local delivery partner

You will receive a call or email to schedule your appointment once the shipment is ready for final delivery.

If you require a specific delivery window, please contact us before purchasing so we can confirm feasibility.

On Delivery Day

• An adult aged 18 or older must be present to receive and inspect the delivery.

• The delivery team will unbox, assemble where applicable, and place your furniture in your designated room.

• Packaging materials will be removed upon request.

Access & Clearance Responsibilities

If the white-glove team cannot complete delivery due to:

• Insufficient access space

• Narrow or blocked hallways, staircases, or elevators

• Destination room not being prepared

• Incorrect item measurements

• Installation area not being cleared or ready

• Obstructions preventing safe handling

• Failure to follow the Measurement Guide

➤ Any additional costs, delays, re-delivery fees, storage fees, or service adjustments will be the customer’s sole responsibility.

Carrowen cannot be held liable for conditions that prevent the delivery team from safely completing the service.

This applies to all white-glove appointments, including oversized or heavy items requiring special handling.

Because white-glove delivery varies by location and item specifications, we will provide a tailored quote upon request.

Before we prepare your quote, please confirm:

• Delivery address and building restrictions

• Whether stairs, elevators, or long walking distances are involved

• Room-of-choice placement requirements

• Whether assembly is needed

• Whether items over 2.2 meters require special handling

• Any access limitations (gated communities, narrow hallways, high-rise policies, etc.)
